United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan has appointed acclaimed actor Fawad Khan as its National Goodwill Ambassador, stated a recent report on UNDP Pakistan’s official website.<\/p>\n

It was announced during the launching ceremony of UNDP\u2019s Sustainable Development Program 2023 that took place in Islamabad. UNDP\u2019s Goodwill Ambassadors are inspirational individuals who serve as spokespersons to uphold the United Nations Charter and the Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>\n

The ceremony started with the contract signing between UNDP Pakistan\u2019s Resident Representative Knut Ostby and Fawad Khan, followed by the screening of a climate action advocacy film \u2018Don\u2019t Choose Extinction\u2019.<\/p>\n
