Veteran film, television and stage actor and director, Masood Akhtar breathed his last on March 5 in Lahore. The Pride of Performance holder passed away at the age of 82 after being hospitalised for the past two months.<\/p>\n

News channels have reported that the actor passed away due to lung cancer. He is survived by a widow and two daughters.<\/p>\n

After his demise, condolence messages started pouring in from the fraternity.<\/p>\n

Actress Resham, who has worked with him on many projects, also posted a long note on her Instagram with her pictures with Masood Akhtar.<\/p>\n
