The 28th Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, which honor<\/a> some of the year’s best television and film performances aired on Sunday. The star-studded event kicked off a busy awards season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The casts of Ted Lasso<\/em> and Succession<\/em> won for their ensemble work in the best television comedy and drama categories, while the cast of CODA<\/em> celebrated their win for best motion picture ensemble. Squid Game<\/em> actors bested their Succession<\/em> competition in the drama acting categories, and both Will Smith and Michael Keaton offered emotional acceptance speeches for their wins in the lead male acting in a motion picture and male actor in a TV movie or miniseries, respectively. Helen Mirren was honored with the SAG Life Achievement Award.<\/p>\n

Before the stars received their accolades, many celebrities hit the traditional red carpet, revealing their glitziest attire for the cameras. After all, the SAG Awards have a history of stellar fashion moments.<\/p>\n
