Gen Z in Pakistan are all heavy social media users who are constantly influenced by booming pop culture which has not too many, but a few iconic pop icons that have created their own space with creative ideas. Swineryy is one such anonymous content creator, who despite being unknown by name and face, is still ruling over hearts and minds.<\/p>\n

Focused on “exploring the enigmatic and incredible complexities of the human mind”, Swineryy is an anonymous Instagram account featuring short clips of animated characters including a judgmental auntie, a confused baby koala, a blue Muslim cleric, a pig who can’t understand why he’s haraam<\/em> and other hilarious characters.<\/p>\n

While the brain behind the creativity remains hidden, the popularity has been unstoppable. The account presents absurd, ridiculous and deeply relatable takes on Pakistan, society in general and other matters. Not only are Pakistanis loving the content, but the account has also been getting attention from Indians as well.<\/p>\n

Swineryy has become a social media celebrity and also recently featured in Meesha Shafi’s latest song Hot Mango Chutney Sauce. <\/em>She made a relevant comment about consent which is the highlight and a perfect conclusion to the song that is quirky, unapologetically funny yet very desi<\/em>.<\/p>\n
