As a result of a rise in Covid-19 cases, Paramount Pictures has pushed the release of Tom Cruise films Top Gun: Maverick<\/em> until May 2022 and Mission: Impossible 7<\/em> until September 2022. The news was confirmed by a spokesman for the ViacomCBS Inc studio.<\/p>\n

The Top Gun<\/em> sequel was initially set to release on November 19, but has been delayed multiple times during the pandemic. It will now debut on May 27, the date that M:I 7<\/em> was planned to be released. The release of M:I 7<\/em> is now moved to release on September 30, 2022.<\/p>\n
